Legal Information & Guidelines

01. Professional Precision

Durable Medical Goods provides high-fidelity diagnostic instrumentation intended for personal health monitoring. The user acknowledges that clinical precision is dependent on strict adherence to the provided medical documentation and correct operation procedures.

02. HSA/FSA Reimbursement

While our collection is curated for tax-advantaged eligibility, final determination of reimbursement status is subject to your individual plan provider's interpretation of IRS Category II medical expenses. We recommend consulting with your benefits administrator prior to significant investment.

03. Liability & Medical Advice

Durable Medical Goods is a technical provider of monitoring equipment. We do not provide clinical diagnosis or medical consultation. Usage of our platforms and tools constitutes agreement that no results should supersede the advice of a licensed healthcare professional.

Dispute Resolution

At Durable Medical Goods, we prioritize transparency and clinical professionalism. Our dispute resolution process is designed to handle concerns with the same precision we apply to our medical monitoring tools.

01 / Informal Resolution

Most concerns regarding your medical equipment or order can be resolved quickly. We encourage you to contact our clinical support team at solutions@durablemedical.com before initiating formal proceedings. We commit to responding within two business days to reach a professional resolution.

02 / Binding Arbitration

If an informal resolution is not achieved, all claims arising out of this agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Both parties agree that arbitration will occur on an individual basis only; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

03 / Governing Law

These terms and any disputes relating to the purchase of medical monitoring devices from Durable Medical Goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
