At Durable Medical Goods, we prioritize clinical integrity. Our return policy is designed to ensure that every diagnostic tool and monitoring device reaching our customers maintains the highest standards of hygiene and calibration accuracy.
Eligibility for HSA/FSA reimbursement requires that items remain in their original sterile packaging. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the factory seal is intact and the device has not been registered or used.
